AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -45 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -45 entitled "No left turn" of Article 8 of
ONE: Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is further amended by deleting subpara-
graphs (c) and (g) from the list of locations at which left turns are not
permitted.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
THREE: after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
