ORDINANCE NO. 0-82 -15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -41 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -41 entitled "Right turn only" of Article 8 of
ONE: Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is further amended by adding to the
list of locations at which right turns only are permitted, the following:
"(c) The exit from the parking lot of the Cadwell's
Corners Shopping Center onto Lake -Cook Road
shall be restricted to right turns only.
(d)
The northernmost exit from the
parking lot of
the Deerbrook Shopping Center
onto Waukegan
Road shall be restricted to right
turns only.
(e)
The exit from the.parking lot of the Deerfield
Savings and Loan onto Waukegan
Road shall be
restricted to right turns only.
(f)
The northernmost exit from the
parking lot of
the First National Bank of Deerfield
shall be
restricted to right turns only."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post.or cause to be posted an
TWO: appropriate sign or signs indicating the restriction to right
turns only as designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
