AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 -26 OF CHAPTER 1
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 1 -26 entitled "Suspension or revocation of licenses
ONE: or permits; refusal to issue licenses or permits" of Chapter 1
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is further amended by deleting subsection (a)(3) of
said Section and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Any violation of this Code and /or any ordinance of
the Village, except that if said violation results
from the failure to make any required payments of any
fees or charges to the Village, the aforestated
requirement of notice and hearing prior to the refusal
to issue a license or permit or to the revocation
thereof shall not be applicable."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
THREE: after its passage and approval as provided by law.
