WHEREAS, it is desirable to facilitate the authorization
of payment of the obligations of the Village of Deerfield:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that:
The following officials be and are hereby authorized to sign
checks of the Village of Deerfield, two signatures or one signature and
one facsimile signature being required:
Mayor Bernard Forrest or Village Manager Robert Franz or
Assistant Village Manager Marjorie Emery, or Trustee Cynthia Marty,
or Village Treasurer George J. Valentine.
