AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -45 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -45 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the
ONE: Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
further amended by adding subsection (f) thereto as follows:
"(f) It shall be unlawful for vehicles- eastbound from
the parking lot of Cadwell Corners Shopping
Center to turn left from the Lake Cook Road exit
of the Cadwell Corners Shopping Center onto Lake
Cook Road."
SECTION That The the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted an
TWO: appropriate sign or signs indicating that said left turn is pro-
hibited as designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
