AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -164 OF ARTICLE 21 OF
CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -164 of Article 21 of Chapter 22-of the Municipal
ONE: Code of the Village of Deerfield, as amended, be and the same,. is
hereby amended by eliminating presently existing stop signs at
the following intersections:
Meadowbrook Lane at Margate Terrace
Carol Lane at Berkeley Court
Elm Street at Franken Avenue
Cherry Street /Dead end
Fairview Avenue /Dead end
Forestway Drive /Dead end
Elm Street /Dead end
Whittier Avenue /Dead end
Greenbriar Drive /Dead endf
SECTION That Section 22 -164 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
TWO: Code of the Village of Deerfield, is further amended by adding a
stop sign at the following intersection:
Kingston Terrace at Oxford Road.
SECTION The Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
FOUR: are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FIVE: after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
