AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16 -5 OF CHAPTER 16 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 16 -5 entitled :'Fees for Permits and Inspections" of
ONE: Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, be and the same is further amended by deleting
subsections ('a)(1) (A), (B) and (C) in their entirety and substituting in lieu
thereof the following:
"(A) Tapping and Inspection Fee

Commercially
Zoned Properties
Industrial,
Office & Research
Zoned Properties
Special Use
Sanitary Inspection Storm Inspection
Connection Fee Connection Fee

SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordi-
