AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 -60 OF ARTICLE 9 OF CHAPTER 7
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 7 -60 entitled "License Required; application." of
ONE: Article 9 of Chapter 7 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is further amended
by changing the title thereof to read "License Required; application; fee."
and by adding thereto subsection (c) as follows:
"(c) The .annual license fee for the operation and
maintenance of a self- service laundry shall be $25.00,
payable upon submission of the license application.
Each license year after the initial application shall
begin on January 1."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this ordi-
TWO: nance in panphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
THREE: are, to the extent of,such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval-and publication as provided by law.
