AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -45 OF CHAPTER 22 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -45 entitled "No left turn" of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended,
be and the same is further amended by deleting from the list of
those locations within the Village where left turns are prohibited the
following:
"(e) It shall be unlawful for vehicles southbound on
Pine Street to turn left onto Lake -Cook Road between
the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. except on
Saturdays, Sundays and Village holidays."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordi-
TWO: nance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
THREE: are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law
and upon the inception of operation of the traffic control signal
at said location.
