AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE-NAME OF OSTERMAN PLACE TO PRICE LANE
WHEREAS, the naming of a certain dedicated public street in the Village of
Deerfield, namely that certain street known as Osterman Place lying north of
Osterman Avenue and south of Deerfield Road and located in Vecchione's Deer-
field Road Subdivision being a subdivision of part of the N E 1/4 of Section
32 Township 43 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian in the
Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois has caused difficulties with postal
authorities and potentially may result in delays in rendering emergency ser-
vices due to the similarity in name to Osterman Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities desire to avoid the occurrence of such
difficulties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That said dedicated public street hereinabove described be and
ONE: the same is hereby designated and named "PRICE LANE ".
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
TWO: after its passage and approval, as provided by law.
