AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11, SECTIONS 11 -3 AND 11 -41
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 11 -3 entitled "License fee" of Chapter 11 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended,
be further amended by deleting said Section in its entirety and
substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"The fee for a license under this Chapter shall be
Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per cash register per year."
SECTION That Section 11 -41 entitled "License required; application,
TWO: license fee" of Chapter 11 of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be further amended by deleting
subsection (b) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(b) The fee for such licenses shall be One Dollar
($1.00) per seat per year ($20.00 minimum)."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
