AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7, ARTICLE 2, SECTION 7 -17
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Article 2, Section 7 -17 entitled "License fee" of Chapter
ONE: 7 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be further amended by deleting said Section in its
entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The fee for a license shall be Thirty Dollars ($30.00)
per month."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
THREE: after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
