AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE III,
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 12.18(d) of Article III of Chapter 12 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and
the same is hereby further amended by deleting the first
sentence thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the
following:
"Subsection (d). The rates for collection of said'
residential waste shall be $3.35 per month for once
a week service and $7.38 per month for, twice a week
service, effective October 1 , 1980."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law..
