AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -165 OF CHAPTER 22 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT .ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -165 entitled "No Parking or Standing Places" of
ONE: Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, be and the same is further amended by adding to
the list of streets where the standing and parking of vehicles is prohibited
the following:
Both sides of Osterman Avenue, west of its intersection
with Waukegan Road and east of its intersection with
the right -of -way of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St.
Paul Railway."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordi-
TWO: nance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
THREE: are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
