A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF VOUCHERS
IN SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NO. 113
THIS BOARD FINDS'AS FOLLOWS:
The following statements for work done and to be done
on Special Assessment No. 113 have been submitted to this
Board for approval and payment:
1. DiPietro Plumbing Corp.- for
construction services less 10%
retention ....... .....................$27,000.00
2. Village of Deerfield - for engineer-
ing services 6,323.24
3. Henry Uteg - for Commissioner's fees.. 622.00
4. Pedersen & Houpt - for attorneys' fees 1,450.62
5. Village of Deerfield - for publication
and collection expenses .............. 414.52
The Village engineer has reviewed and approved the statement
for construction services accomplished, subject to a 10%
retention pending completion of the entire work by the con-
tractor.
THEREFOREf BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION The above - mentioned statements, as submitted
ONE:
to this Board are approved in the amounts set
forth, and said amounts shall be paid by vouchers payable from
proceeds collected in the first installment and in the second
through tenth installments of said assessment as follows:
