AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.165 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by adding to the list of locations where the
parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited the following:
"The north side of Tall Tree Lane and on all portions of
Tall Tree Lane west of a point 213 feet west of the center
line of Wilmot Road, measured along the center line of Tall
Tree Lane."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted
TWO: appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking is prohibited
in the area designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
FOUR: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law.
