RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF VOUCHERS
IN SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NO. 114
THIS BOARD FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
The following additional statement for work done on
Special Assessment No. 114 has been submitted to this Board
for approval and payment:
C & L Paving Company, Inc. for
construction services - less
retention .....................$83,590.72
The Village Engineer has reviewed and approved the
statement for construction services with the 10% retention
amount pending completion of the entire work by the said
Contractor.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION The above - mentioned statement as submitted to
ONE:
this Board is approved in the amount of $83,590.72
and a voucher shall be issued for this amount to be paid from the
lump sum proceeds to be collected from certain assessed property
owners upon completion of the improvement and its acceptance by
the Village.
SECTION The 'Village President and the Village Clerk
TWO:
are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a voucher in payment of the above- approved amount and to deliver
the same to C & L Paving Company, Inc.
SECTION This Resolution shall be in full force and

effect upon its passage and approval in
accordance with law.
