AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -70 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -70 entitled "Loading zones, cab and bus stands"
ONE: of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is further amended by adding the
following locations to the list of cab and bus stands in Subsection (c) (4)
thereof:
"(4) The three spaces lying immediately to the
west of the Milwaukee Road Railroad Depot in Village
Lot 12 and so designated shall be reserved exclusively
as a cab and bus loading zone."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted an
TWO: appropriate sign or signs designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordi-
THREE: nance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage and approval as provided by law.
