AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -41 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -41 entitled "Right turn only" of Article 8 of
ONE: Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is further amended by deleting said
section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof, the following:
"Section 22 -41. Right turn only.
(a) The exit from Village Lot 12 onto Chestnut Street
shall be restricted to right turns only between
the hours of 7 -9 a.m. and 5 -7 p.m., except on
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
(b) The exit from Village Lot 13 onto Chestnut Street
shall be restricted to right turns only between
the hours of 7 -9 a.m. and 5 -7 p.m., except on
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted an
TWO: appropriate sign or signs indicating the restriction to right
hand turns during the hours designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordi-
THREE: nance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage and approval as provided by law.
