AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -164 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -164 entitled "Exhibit D. Stop Street intersec-
ONE: tions" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975,
as amended, be and the same is further amended by adding the
following intersections as stop - street intersections:
"The exits from Village Lots 12 and 13 at Chestnut
Street."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted appro-
TWO: priate stop signs designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordi-
THREE: nance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage and approval as provided by law.
