AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.165 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deer -
ONE: field of 1975, as amended, be and the same is further amended by
adding to the list of locations within the Village where the
parking or standing of vehicles is prohibited, the following:
"Chestnut Street between Deerfield Road on the south
and Walnut Street on the north."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted an
TWO: appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking is prohibited
in the area designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordi-
THREE: nance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage and approval as provided by law.
