AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 -20 OF
CHAPTER 6 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 6 -20 of Chapter 6 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by deleting said Section in its entirety and
substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"The fire limits of the Village shall include those portions
of the Village included in the Village Center Map contained in
the Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Deerfield as adopted
February 19, 1979."
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
TWO: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
THREE: and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
