AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.165 OF
CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 entitled "No Parking or Standing Places"
ONE: of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by repealing
Ordinance No. 0 -78 -45 imposing parking restrictions on Waukegan Road and by
substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"On Waukegan Road - both sides between the northern and
southern corporate limits of the Village of Deerfield."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted an
TWO: appropriate sign or signs indicating the parking restrictions
set forth in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
FOUR: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law, and upon completion of the Waukegan Road Improvements as
presently contemplated by certain agreement between the Village of Deerfield
and the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Highways.
