AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.165 OF
CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by adding to the list of locations where
standing and parking of vehicles is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 A.M.
and 12 Noon, except on Saturdays, Sundays and Village Holidays, as set forth
in said Section, the following:
Both sides of Grove Avenue between Osterman Avenue and
the entrance to Alan B. Shepard Junior High School.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted an
TWO: appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking is prohibited
between the hours and in the area designated in Section One
hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this

SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FOUR: and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law.
