AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16,
SECTION 16.19 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 16.19 of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of
ONE:- Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following:
"Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon daily,
the Village shall make available a manhole at the
Village of Deerfield Treatment Plant for use in
disposing of domestic sanitary waste only. Payment
for the use of said facility shall be in cash at the
time of use and shall consist of a service fee of
$5.00 per use and a charge of $.02 per gallon of
sanitary waste disposed. The operation of this
facility may be discontinued at any time at the
discretion of the Chief Plant Operator of the Village
of Deerfield Treatment Plant."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this

SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
THREE: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in .full force and effect from
FOUR: and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law.
