ORDINANCE NO. 0-79-47 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 78 -15, the Corporate Authorities approved a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision known as Vecchione's Deerfield Road Subdivision, and in connection therewith approved certain variations from the strict application of Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, topographical features of the real estate included in said Vecchione's Deerfield Road Subdivision have necessitated a- ioadway relocation thus making inadequate space available for installation of the required sidewalk in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the sidewalk depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and ONE: made a part hereof shall be permitted to have a width of 4 feet rather than 5 feet as required by Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield. SECTION That the granting of said variation is subject to the further TWO: condition that, except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, the owner shall comply with all requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable ordinances of the Village of Deerfield. SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from THREE: and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
