I I ORDINANCE NO. 0 -79- 49 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE FOR A MULTIPLE USE AT 749 OSTERMAN AVENUE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of FRANCIS M. CARR, herein referred to as "Applicant" to authorize the use and occupancy of 749 Osterman Avenue to permit the multiple use of an existing structure in the I -2 Limited Industrial District as hereinafter legally described, under and pursuant to the provisions of Article 6.2 -3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was, in all respects, held according to law; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of Deerfield, after considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact and recommended that said special use of said real estate be approved and authorized subject to certain conditions and restrictions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the findings and recommendations of the Plan Commission ONE: are concurred in and adopted as the findings of the President and Board of Trustees and the special use of the real estate legally described below be and the same is hereby authorized and approved. The east 40 feet of Lot 3 in Block 3 in Hall and Osterman's addition to the Town of Deerfield, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 32 and the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, all in Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois. SECTION That the approval and authorization of said special use hereby TWO: given is subject to the requirements that all uses of the premises shall be in accordance with all plans and represen- tations submitted and made by Applicant to the Plan Commission and President and Board of Trustees, is subject to compliance by Applicant with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, and all other applicable ordinances of the Village of Deerfield. SECTION That the approval and authorization of said special use hereby THREE: given is subject to the requirement that this Ordinance shall be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, and all fees for such recordation and expenses incurred therefor shall be paid by the Applicant. SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this FOUR: ordinance in pamphlet form. SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
