AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.129A OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.129A(a) entitled "Parking Fees" of Chapter 22
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and
the same is hereby further amended by deleting said section in
its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
" (a) No vehicle may be parked in any of Lots 3, 5, 6, 7
or 8 without paying the parking fees established therefor.
Parking in Lots 6, 7 and 8 shall be limited to residents of
the Village of Deerfield as evidenced by display of a current
Village of Deerfield vehicle license. The parking fee for park-
ing in Lots 3, 5, 7, and 8 shall be $.25 for each 24 hour period,
and in Lot 6 the parking shall be $10.00 per month, payable in
advance, for a three month period, beginning January 1, 1978.
Permits to park in Lot 6 shall be issued to Village residents
only on a first come -first served basis."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
THREE: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
