AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 22.129 AND 22.130 OF ARTICLE 16
OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.129 of Article 16 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding thereto Subsection
(a) (9) , as follows:
"(9) Lot No. 9 - Located west of Hoffman Lane and south of
Deerfield Road."
SECTION That Section 22.130 of Article 16 of Chapter 22 of the
TWO: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding thereto Subsection
(d) , as follows:
"(d) No vehicle shall be parked in Lot 9 for a period in
excess of two (2) hours."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall, on the date of this Ordinance,
THREE: post or cause to be posted an appropriate sign or signs indi-
cating that parking is prohibited in excess of the two hour
time limit in the area designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
FOUR: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
FIVE: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
SIX: and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided
by law.
