AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.165 OF ARTICLE 21 OF
CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding to the list of
locations where the standing and parking of vehicles is prohibited between
the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon, except on Saturdays, Sundays and
Holidays, as set forth in said Section, the following:
Both sides of Central Avenue and both sides of Osterman Avenue
between Grove Avenue on the west and Elm Street on the east.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall, on the date of this Ordinance,
TWO: post or cause to be posted an appropriate sign or signs indi-
cating that parking is prohibited during the times and in the
areas designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
FOUR: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided
by law.
