AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.165 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 entitled "Exhibit E - No Parking or Standing
ONE: Places" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
"Waukegan Road
(a) East Side
(1) Central Avenue north to Longfellow Avenue.
(2) In front of 825 Waukegan Road north to 64 feet south
of the center of Orchard Street.
(3) From a point beginning 269' north of the centerline
intersection with Deerfield Road northerly for a distance of
211, measured parallel to the centerline of Waukegan Road.

(4) From a point beginning 453' north of the centerline
intersection of Deerfield Road northerly for a distance of
221, measured parallel to the centerline of Waukegan Road.

(b) West Side
(1) A 424' section along the westerly curb, northwest of
a point 272' northwest of the centerline of Deerfield Road.
(2) South property line of 630 Waukegan Road to Central
Avenue.

On both sides of Waukegan Road between Orchard and Central.

SECTION That Section 22.165 entitled "Exhibit E - No Parking or Standing
TWO: Places" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to the list of locations where parking or standing is prohibited the following:
"On both sides of Waukegan Road between Orchard and
Central, except an area along the westerly curb of Waukegan
Road between 675 feet and 735 feet northwesterly from the
center line of Deerfield Road as measured .along the center
line of Waukegan Road."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
FOUR: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law.
