WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield, located in the Counties of Lake
and Cook, State of Illinois, adopted a yearly resolution dated February 3,
1964, covering location, construction, operation and maintenance, with its
own forces or by contract of water mains, sewer lines, driveways, alleys,
street returns, sidewalks, street lights, and other facilities within the year
of 1964 on State Highways within the Village limits; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall remain
in force for the year 1977.
DATED: This 17th day of January, 1977.
