AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED.BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 16 -23 of Chapter 16 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield
of 1975, as amended, adopting by reference
an enactment known as "Village of Deerfield Sewer User and
Industrial Cost Recovery Code ", be and the same is hereby
further amended by deleting the rate schedule included as part
of Section 408 of said Village of Deerfield Sewer User and
Industrial Cost Recovery Code and substituting in lieu thereof
the rate schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
TWO: in conflict herewith are, to the extent of
such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed
THREE: to publish this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force
FOUR: and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by
law.
