AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15 -20 OF CHAPTER 15
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Subsection 15- 20(a)(4) of Chapter 15 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by striking said subsection in its
entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(4) Any coin operated or coin -in- the -slot amusement device."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
THREE: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FOUR: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
