AN ORDINANCE FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE AMENDMENT
TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION Repeal: The Zoning Ordinance adopted by the President and
ONE: Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield on May 4, 1953,
as amended, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION Comprehensive Zoning: The Comprehensive Zoning controls and
TWO: regulations contained herein are the product of professional
planning assistance, local Plan Commission and public review,
and official and public hearings and are hereby adopted as follows:

SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
THREE: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
