AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -80
OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOW:
SECTION That Section 22 -80(7) of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by deleting said subsection in its entirety
and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
11(7) At any place where the vehicle would obstruct any part of
a driveway."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
THREE: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
