RE: Recording of Documents
On September 20.;the following was recorded:
DiPietro PUD Ordinance and Final Development m`3
Plan -- Document Number 1947890
Firestone Special Use Ordinance - Document
Number 1947891
The Recorder's Office has indicated that the recording fees for the
PUD will be $38. The fees for the Firestone Ordinance will be $16.
They will bill us by mail.
What I have been doing in the past is that I do not bill anyone
until I receive both the bill for the recording fees and the bill
for the sepia copies of the plats that we require for our files.
When I have both costs, I then bill the petitioner. In this
instance, I would bill for the PUD recording fees and copy of the
development plan after I have received the bills for them. Gener-
ally, then the Village Clerk would bill for those ordinances that
didn't involve plats.
Your comments and thoughts are most welcome.
Respectfully submitted,
