AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.165 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by adding to the list of locations
where the standing and parking of vehicles is limited as follows:
(a) On both sides of Fair Oaks Avenue and Springfield Avenue along
their entire length between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 12 Noon.
(b) On both sides of Park Avenue north of its intersection with
Hazel Avenue and south of its intersection with Greenwood
Avenue between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 12 Noon.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted
TWO: an appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking is
prohibited between the times and in the areas in Section
One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
FOUR: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication, as pro-
vided by law.
