AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.130 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That subsection 22.130(c) of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by striking said subsection in its
entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(c) No vehicle shall be parked in either Lot 1 or Lot 4, or the
driveway to Lot 1 from Waukegan Road, on days other than Saturday,
Sunday or Village holidays for a period in excess of three (3) hours
between the hours of 5:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., except for vehicles
operated by employees of the Villlage of Deerfield, the Village of
Deerfield Library and West Deerfield Township. Said employees shall
be issued appropriate stickers by the Village Manager."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted an
TWO: appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking is limited
to three hours between the times and in the areas designated
in Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
THREE: are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
FOUR: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FIVE: after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
