AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION XXV,
ENTITLED "FEES" OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the second paragraph of Section XXV of the Zoning
ONE: Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, entitled "Fees", -
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
striking said Section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof.
the following:
"The Fees provided for in Section XXV of the Zoning Ordinance
shall be as follows:
For either an application for a variation from the terms of
the Zoning Ordinance, an appeal from a decision of the Zoning
Enforcement Officer involving an interpretation of the Zoning
Ordinance, an application to amend the Zoning Ordinance, or
an application for a Special Use Permit, the fee shall be
$125.00."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby re-
pealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FOUR: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
