AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 22.163
AND 22.164 OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES.OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.163 entitled "Exhibit C - Yield
ONE: Right -of -Way Streets" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
Code of Deerfield of '1975, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding to the list of designated Yield streets, the
following:
On the connector East of the triangle for Southbound traffic entering
from Wincanton Drive onto Westgate Road.
On the connector East of the triangle for Northbound traffic entering
from Westgate Road onto Wincanton Drive.
SECTION That Section 22.164 entitled "Exhibit D - Stop
TWO: Street Intersections" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding to the list of designated stop streets, the
following:
Burr Oak Avenue at Laurel Avenue (Southbound)
Birchwood Avenue at Central Avenue (Northbound)
Crowe Avenue at North Avenue (Northbround)
Hawthorne Place at Woodland Drive (Southbound)
Millstone Road at Carriage Way Drive
Somerset Avenue at Prairie Avenue
Somerset Avenue at Stratford Road
Somerset Avenue at Wayne Avenue
Prairie Avenue at Greenwood Avenue
Prairie Avenue at Hazel Avenue
Stratford Road at North Avenue (Northbound)
Stratford Road at Greenwood Avenue (Northbound)
Stratford Road at Hazel Avenue
Wayne Avenue at Greenwood Avenue
Wayne Avenue at Hazel Avenue
Wilmot Lane at Wilmot Road (Eastbound)
Woodbine Court at North Avenue (Northbound)
and deleting the following:
Carriage Way Drive at Millstone Road (from a southerly direction)
High School Drive at Summit Drive
Deleted 10/3/77
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
