WHEREAS, it is desirable to facilitate the authorization
of payment.of the obligations of the Village of Deerfield:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that:
The following officials be and are hereby authorized to
sign payroll checks of the Village of Deerfield, two signatures or
one signature and one facsimile signature being required:
Mayor Bernard Forrest or Trustee. Cynthia Marty, or
Trustee Jeff Blumenthal, or Village Manager Norris W. Stilphen, or.
Assistant Village Manager Marjorie Emery, or Village Treasurer
George J. Valentine.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, -the members of BOY SCOUT TROOP #150. and
TROOP #51 are interested in the beautification of the Village of
Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, this interest results in ecological benefits to
all members of the community; and
WHEREAS, once again, the BOY SCOUTS have performed a
community service by cleaning debris from Waukegan Road, from
Osterman Avenue to Lake -Cook Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that, on
behalf of the entire community, we extend our sincere appreciation
to the members of TROOP #150 find TROOP #51 and to their SCOUT-
MASTERS - RICHARD MOORE AND FRANK TSURU - for their
contribution to their Village.
RESOLVED: This 3rd day of May, A. D. 1976.
