AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 -20
OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 6 -20 entitled "Boundaries" of Chapter 6 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended by deleting said
Section 6 -20 in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the follow-
ing:
"Sec. 6 -20. Boundaries.
The fire limits of the Village shall include those portions of the
Village commonly known as the Central Business District and depicted
on Plan 2, Part II of the Village of Deerfield Comprehensive Plan
adopted February 2, 1971."
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is directed to publish this
THREE: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.

ABSENT: None (0)
