AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.168
OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.168 entitled "No Right Turn on Red Light"
ONE: of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding to the list of locations where a right turn on red light is pro-
hibited the following:
Petersen Lane (Southbound) at Deerfield Road
Hoffman Lane (Northbound) at Deerfield Road
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
AYES: Heisler, Marty, Seidman, Swanson (4)
NAYS: Blumenthal, Gavin (2).
