AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.130 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.130 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by adding thereto the following
Subsection (C) :
"(C). No vehicle shall be parked in either Lot 1 or Lot 4 for a
period in excess of three (3) hours between the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 6:00 P.M., except for vehicles operated by employees of the
Village of Deerfield, the Village of Deerfield Library and West
Deerfield Township. Said employees shall be issued appropriate
stickers by the Village Manager."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted
TWO: an appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking is
limited to three hours between the times and in the areas
designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FOUR: and after its passage, approval and publication, as pro-
vided by law.
