BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding to thd' ;list of
locations where the standing and parking of vehicles is prohibited at any time,
as set forth in said Section, the following:
(A) On the south side of Deerfield Road from a point beginning
470 feet east of the centerline intersection of Waukegan
Road easterly for a distance of 105 feet, measured parallel
to the centerline of Deerfield Road;
(B) On the north side of Deerfield Road from a point beginning
260 feet west of the centerline intersection of Waukegan
Road westerly for a distance of 100 feet, measured parallel
to the centerline of .Deerfield Road;
'(C) On the south side of Deerfield Road from a po:itnt.beginning
700 feet west of the centerline intersection of Waukegan
Road westerly for a distance of 100 feet, measured parallel
to the centerline of Deerfield Road.
' SECTION That the Village Manager shall, on the respective effective
" TWO: date(s) of this Ordinance, post or cause to be posted an
appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking is prohibited
at any time in the areas designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
THREE: are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
'SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
FOUR: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law. The prohibitions set forth in Section One hereof
shall become effective in the area designated "(A)" on May '1; , 1977,
in the area designated "(B)" on 1977 and in the area designated
"(C)" on IVIj 1. , 1977.
