AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.167
OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.167 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of
ONE: Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by adding to the list of locations designated
as "Fire Lanes" as set forth in said Section the following:
Lake -Cook Plaza Shopping Center. A lane approximately ten
feet wide extending along and adjacent to the southerly
access drive on which the several business establishments
located thereon front.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted
TWO: an appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking or
leaving a vehicle unattended at any time in the area desig-
nated in Section One hereof is prohibited.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
FOUR: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
