AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -45 OF
CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -45 entitled "No Left Turn" of Chapter 22
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following:
"(c) It shall be unlawful for vehicles eastbound from the
parking lot of the Deerbrook Shopping Center to turn left
from the northern -most exit of the Deerbrook Shopping
Center onto Waukegan Road."
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
TWO: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FOUR: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
