O-77-03. � r ORDINANCE NO. 0- 7:7 -.3 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WHEREAS, CHARLES NUSTRA has petitioned for certain variations from the strict provisions of Section 'VI,D,6 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, with respect to certain real estate located in the Village of Deerfield and hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published, as required by statute, a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has filed with the President and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendations of the ONE: Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby concurred in and adopted as the findings of fact of the President and Board of Trustees. SECTION That there are practical difficulties and particular hard - TWO: ships in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, as applied to the Petitioner's property, which is legally described below: Lot 2 of Stryker's Subdivision, being a part of the north 217 feet of the east 138.50 feet of the east 26.82 chains of the north 10.50 chains of the north 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian and all in Lake County, Illinois. SECTION That a variation from the strict provisions of Section THREE: VI,D,6 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, with respect to the property herein described is hereby granted so as to permit: 1. A lot width of 68.20in lieu of the required 75 feet. SECTION That the variation hereby granted is subject to compliance FOUR: by Petitioner with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable ordinances of the Village. SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect FIVE: from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
