AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.165
OF ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to the list of locations where the standing and parking of vehicles
is prohibited at any time, as set forth in said Section, the following:
On the east side of Waukegan Road from a point beginning 453
feet north,of the centerline intersection of Deerfield Road
northerly for a distance of 22 feet, measured parallel to the
centerline of Waukegan Road.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be
TWO: posted an appropriate sign or signs indicating that
parking is prohibited at any time in the area designated
in Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
